Had fixed the problem but then it crashed after about 30 minutes. This works in most cases, where the issue is originated due to a system corruption.

I shut down the computer and when i woke up i turned it on ran steam.exe there was a steam update and then when i tried to run Attklt or SKSE immidiatly it said Skyrim has stopped working but i can run the game with the normal launcher. None of the anti-virus scanners at VirusTotal reports anything malicious about steamwebhelper.exe.

I reinstalled the drivers for my gpu (catalyst version 13.1 + 12.11 CAP) but that didn't help. steamwebhelper.exe is usually located in the C:Program Files (x86)Steambin folder. I thought it might be a hardware problem but I can run heaven benchmark fine and the temps during gameplay aren't higher than normal. With some games it happens as soon as I launch them and others will play for a while and then they eventually crash. With a google search I found two forum discussions where users assume different reasons, incompatibility with Nvidia driver, sound issue, copy protection. The message 'agds.exe has stopped working' appears. Several of my games have started crashing with the windows message "gamename.exe has stopped working". On my computer (Windows 8) the game crashes immediately after launching.
